How to sleep well

I do this to sleep well.. try this routine… from witnessing to surrender.
There’s a viral story about Papua New Guinea’s Kaluli tribe and what they do before sleep.
Whether that story is true or not… it is pointing toward something deeply real.
Modern life has trained us to escape before sleep: Scroll. Distract. Numb.
But Yogic wisdom offers a different doorway.
Step 1: Witness the Mind (extract from Antar Mouna)
Lie down, close your eyes, and for a few minutes… Do nothing.
Just observe…
Thoughts will come.
Memories will arise.
Maybe, emotions will well up.
Unfinished conversations may replay.
Don’t engage.
Don’t suppress.
Just witness.
Step 2: Rest in the Breath
After a couple of minutes in step 1, gently shift your attention… to the natural abdominal breath.
No control.
No technique.
Just feel:
The rise…
The fall…
The body breathing itself.
🌙 What happens then?
The mind slows down, and the body softens… The need to “fall asleep” disappears.
And sleep… 💤 simply happens.
Sleep is not something you do, but something that happens to you.
🧐 Witness
✨ Breathe
🚀 Let go
