At Param Yoga, we are thankful for our collaboration with Shrimath Yoga to host the Yoga Nidra Teacher Training Course at our Pune center. This partnership combined Shrimath Yoga's authentic teachings with Param Yoga's nurturing environment, creating an enriching experience for participants.
The course offered in-depth theoretical and practical immersion in Yoga Nidra, featuring clear instruction and supportive guidance.

Personally, attending the TTC was transformative, showcasing Yoga Nidra's benefits like deep relaxation, improved concentration, and emotional balance. Notably, the 21-day resolution practice (Sankalpa) helped manifest my intentions, reinforcing my belief in its life-changing potential.
We cherish our partnership with Shrimath Yoga and look forward to future collaborations aimed at spreading Yogic wisdom and fostering self-growth and transformation.

Chithh and Shrimath Yoga Nidra have collaborated to offer a guided pathway into deep rest and nervous system regulation. Led by an experienced Yoga Nidra teacher, these sessions go beyond relaxation to support stress recovery, emotional balance, improved sleep, and inner awareness.
Designed for modern lives shaped by overstimulation and burnout, the practice creates space for the nervous system to restore.
Sessions include guided Yoga Nidra rooted in neuroscience and yogic tradition, with themes such as rest and recovery, sleep support, emotional resilience, and intention-setting. Held in a calm, inclusive environment, this offering reflects a holistic approach to yoga where rest is treated as a core practice.

Shrimath Yoga Nidra for Teachers and Learners is also available as a continuing education add-on. The training supports teachers and practitioners in understanding rest as a skill and the nervous system as the foundation for safe, accessible practice. It includes Yoga Nidra methodology, applied nervous system understanding, and practical experience in both receiving and guiding the practice.

My name is Aishwarya Balaji, and my journey with yoga has been one of continuous learning, self-discovery, and deep gratitude.
In 2020, I began my association with Shrimath, a journey that continues to shape my understanding of yoga and life. Through regular Bhagavad Gita sessions and the many insightful lectures offered throughout the year, I have had the opportunity to reflect, learn, and gradually imbibe values that guide both my personal life and my teaching.
Over time, my interest naturally grew towards supporting women navigating the transition of perimenopause—a phase that often brings many physical and emotional changes. Through yoga, breathwork, and mindful practices, I aim to create a supportive space where women can reconnect with their bodies, find balance, and move through this stage of life with greater awareness and strength.
I am also a Yoga Nidra teacher trained through Shrimath, and the practice of deep rest has become an important part of my approach to wellbeing. Recognising the importance of a holistic perspective, I am currently pursuing a diploma in nutrition to better support women through lifestyle and dietary awareness alongside yoga.
It is my privilege to collaborate with Shrimath Yoga Nidra and share these practices with the community.
